Guided Meditation for Beginners

If you are a complete beginner at meditation, I strongly suggest looking into guided meditation for beginners. These meditations may have a specific purpose. Some are solely to relief stress or to observe thoughts. 

For someone who is just starting out, meditation can be a bit overwhelming . You will need to learn from an instructor who has practiced meditation for many years. Your instructor will guide you with their soothing voice and help you avoid any frustration you may come across. 


Many times they will give you instructions on how to begin your meditation. You’ll be in a tranquil environment that is quiet with sounds of the rainforest or even birds chirping. In many sessions I have attended, the instructor will usually put some type of nature music.

Your ultimate goal is to meditate on your own without running into any issues. If you do have a problem during your session, it is best to ask the meditation instructor so that way they can guide you toward your goal. The real battle is observing your thoughts without creating more. Our minds are so busy during the day and this is why we need to meditate.
